# Billing and subscriptions

### Choose a plan

Open **Settings → Plan & Billing** to compare the available plans and choose monthly or annual billing.

The current plan options are:

* Starter
* Pro
* Agency

Visit the [pricing page](https://i7os.com/pricing) for current prices and included features.

### Start a subscription

Only a workspace administrator can start a subscription.

1. Select the billing interval.
2. Select the plan.
3. Continue to the secure Stripe checkout.
4. Complete the required payment and billing information.
5. Return to i7OS while the workspace status is updated.

The update can take a few seconds after checkout.

### Manage billing

Use the customer portal from **Plan & Billing** to:

* review the active subscription;
* update the payment method;
* change or cancel the subscription when available;
* view and download invoices.

Stripe may also send payment confirmations and invoice notifications to the billing email.

### If the plan does not update

Wait a few seconds and refresh the billing view. If the checkout succeeded but the workspace still shows the previous plan, contact support with the workspace name and the email used during checkout.
