# Brand workspace

### Strategy

Use Strategy to document the direction behind the brand. Depending on your workflow, this can include:

* purpose and long-term goals
* positioning and differentiation
* value proposition
* market and competitor context
* strategic priorities

Keep the information concise enough to use in daily work. A brand strategy becomes more valuable when the team can apply it to briefs, content, and decisions.

### Identity

Identity describes how the brand should be recognized and understood. Add the principles your team needs most often, such as:

* brand personality
* voice and tone
* values
* messaging foundations
* key statements

### Brand Design

Brand Design turns visual references into a reusable creative system.

You can:

* upload visual references
* define a visual direction
* create and organize moodboards
* collect colors and inspiration
* store generated and uploaded assets
* prepare a brand kit or public brand book

### Audience

Use Audience to organize personas, channels, and performance signals. Connected social channels can extend this area with analytics and content insights.

### Files

Files keeps supporting material close to the brand. Store content directly in i7OS or connect Google Drive.

Common examples include:

* logos and brand assets
* campaign documents
* research
* images and videos
* presentations
* source files and ZIP packages

### Keep the brand current

Treat the Brand workspace as a living source of truth. Update it when positioning changes, a new audience becomes important, or the visual system evolves.

When you publish a brand book, remember that the shared version represents a snapshot. Update the shared version when you want external collaborators to see recent changes.
