# Getting started

### Create your account

Open [app.i7os.com](https://app.i7os.com/) and create an account. Signing in with your professional Google account is recommended when you plan to use Google Drive or Google Calendar.

Complete the email verification and onboarding steps shown after sign-up.

### Create or join a workspace

A workspace is the shared home for your team, projects, files, brand knowledge, and subscription.

You can:

* create a new workspace for your brand or agency;
* accept an invitation to an existing workspace; or
* create separate projects for different brands or clients.

### Create your first brand project

Create a project and use it as a dedicated brand workspace. Add a recognizable name, logo, and color so your team can identify it throughout i7OS.

### Add the brand foundation

Start with the information that should guide future work:

* brand strategy and positioning;
* identity and personality;
* visual direction and references;
* audiences or personas;
* files, assets, and existing guidelines.

You do not need to complete everything at once. Begin with the context your team uses most often and expand it over time.

### Connect your tools

In **Settings**, connect the services your workflow needs:

* Google Drive for files and shared folders;
* Google Calendar for events and reminders;
* a supported AI provider;
* social channels for analytics and publishing.

Some integrations may require workspace administrator permissions.

### Invite your team

Invite collaborators from the workspace or project settings. Assign access based on what each person should be able to view or manage.

### Recommended first workflow

1. Create one brand project.
2. Add its strategy, identity, and visual references.
3. Create a project board and assign the next tasks.
4. Connect Google Drive or upload the relevant files.
5. Open the AI assistant and ask it to work from the current brand context.
